Aligned to the company slogan YOUR DEVICE. YOUR SPACE. OUR SOLUTION, Shawpak has recently launched three new machines. Dedicated to the medical device industry Shawpak continue to grow in the space by understanding customer needs and gaps in the market.

The new machines include die cut lid making, blister production and linear thermoformer, all with unique features designed with the customers medical device in mind, along with the space constraints often seen within clean rooms.

The DCL (Die Cut Lid) machine allows you to produce your own printed or pre-printed lid production, providing packaging flexibility and in-house production.

The LT (Linear Thermoform) machine will focus on larger and more complex medical device packs, along with a higher volume production rate.

The LB (Linear Blister) machine will replace pre-made packaging and allow you to produce your own blisters in-house, reducing inventory and warehouse space.

Shawpak’s range of machinery include compact rotary thermoforming, linear thermoforming, three and four side seal pouch machine, rigid blister tray machine and die cut lid machine.


